Album Notes
The Tone Junkies are a punk rock and roll band formed in early 2006 consisting of founding members Dave Lagger lead guitarist/vocals and Mike Colon rhythm guitarist/vocals along with Barry Martin drums, and Rene Hernandez bass. They hail out of North Orange County where legendary punk rock bands such as The Adolescents & Agent Orange first got their recognition and helped launch the punk rock movement in the U.S. Currently they are preparing for their debut album release Loadavated, hitting stores in early 2008. In less then two years out on the scene the band has been fortunate enough to share the stage with bands like Social Distortion, Agent Orange, Narcoleptic Youth, & Angel City Outcasts and have created a small but stable local fan base. The Tone Junkies have several influences from several genres but are mainly influenced from ballsy rock and roll bands to aggressive punk rock bands and include bands like Green Day, AC/DC, and Social Distortion to name a few. They look forward to seeing you up front at their next show….
