Album Notes
Tony Floyd Kenna is the Bass player (and occasional Guitarist) and one of the songwriters in Good Intentions, Maggies Farm and Sub-Zero Heroes. Good Intentions reformed in 2010 after 25 years. Their new single 'SACRED GROUND' was issued on July 22nd 2010. The other members of the reformed Good Intentions are, Ian Bolton, Kieran Farrell and John O’Grady. Tony's first solo mini album, New Songs Vol. 1, with 8 tracks was issued in May 2010. His second release, November 2010, THE KISS OF LIFE – SPECIAL EDITION E.P., is on itunes and other sites. His newest E.P. is ‘Don’t Worry ‘bout Me I’m O.K., May 2011. Tony plays everything himself on these solo tracks. Back in the late seventies thru’ to the late eighties Tony was busy as a band member with Good Intentions, Maggies Farm, Face To Face, The Gravediggers and lots more. In Face To Face Tony co-wrote with Jean O’Sullivan and their Remastered ‘Dreams’ E.P. was issued in October 2009. Behind the scenes he worked in sound engineering and served on the council of IASC (the Irish songwriters association of the time). Maggies Farm has regenerated also and their charity CD, ALISON, was issued on Jan 31st. 2011. The special edition includes Blues Shoes and Don't Follow Me as well as Alison. Sub-Zero Heroes, Tony’s new band, are currently working on a new album. Watch this space.
