TONY MARTINEZ


In spring of 2007 Harmonic Records added Tony Martinez one of San Antonio’s premier Gospel singers to it's artist roster. Tony’s commitment to Christ along with his enthusiasm for music and his willingness to help the needy have always been an inspiration to everyone that knows him. An impeccable singer songwriter, Tony’s music was instrumental in raising funds to help build a children's hospital in Africa in 2002.

Every song in Tony’s new CD “A Walk In Faith” is performed flawlessly with emotion and passion and is a must have for fans of any genre. Growing up as one of fifteen siblings, Tony lives a life of service to God, family and his fellow man. The CD was produced by Grammy Award Winner, Bobby Flores and Multi Grammy Winner, Marius Perron, who has also worked with Beyonce Knowles and features Grammy Award Nominees, Joe Reyes (Classical Guitar)and Bassist Chris Maresh (Eric Johnson, Bonnie Rait, Michael McDonald). Also featured in this CD are George Strait's drummer Mike Kennedy, Keyboard Player Fred Mandel(toured W/Queen, Pink Floyd, Alice Cooper & Super Tramp) and Austin's Seven Time Best Acoustic Guitarist Monte Montgomery (On track 10, "A Cry For Help").
