This 2 song single remains consistent with previous comparisons of singer/songwriter Tony Noe to the Classic Rock music genre.

"Better Days Ahead" expresses an optimistic view of hope for a better and more promising future during these challenging times. It's a catchy Pop/Rock tune that is upbeat, inspirational and socially conscious, while highlighting themes in the lyrics that speak directly to the belief system of change.

“Rescue” is an Americana tribute to past and present civilians and military personnel who risk and sacrifice their lives in order to save and protect others. Its compelling and haunting melody helps to commemorate these selfless acts of bravery. It has been re-recorded and orchestrated setting it apart from a previously released acoustic version.

The two songs were released on January 20, 2009 in honor and celebration of the shared, universal enthusiasm surrounding the election of President Barack Obama.

They are well paired and part of a soon to be completed full-length CD project, co-produced & co-arranged by Vinnie Zummo & Tony Noe, which is scheduled for release in 2009.
