This CD was recorded in the heartland of the French countryside with top professional British and French musicians. It's mostly guitar, bass and drums with the addition of trumpet on two tracks. The feel is from the groove/rock/funky side of jazz and the sound is very simple and real . The English musos are Jerry Brown(1,2,4} and Dylan Howe{5,6} on drums and Jon Harvey{1,2,4} on bass. Manu Lajudie{3,7} on drums with Guillaume Boudou{3,5,6,7} on bass make up the French team with Londoner Damon Brown{3,7} on trumpet.The cover photo is by Pascal Lachaume. It's original music and we didn't use click tracks ( I have nothing against them though!) Please have a listen. Thanks.
