My review is going to focus mainly on my favorite cuts but really, all the songs are excellent. I love this Album, it hasn't left my cd player since I got it! Believe me, you won't really mind that time is slipping away when you're lost in that deep sultry voice of TS's... my pretty baby is a good example of that with it's great melodic sound. Then there's do you feel like making love? a fun upbeat catchy tune that kinda makes you wanna just throw all your cares (and maybe your clothes) out the window & just say oh yeah! For the romantic in us, diamonds & pearls is an idyll rock n roll love story in it's purest form. Beautifully written from the heart. And just like w/ a great novel, the words are so descriptive you can totally see in your minds eye this lovely story unfold & can't wait to see what the next lines will reveal. The play on words in the last part of the song remind me of something straight out of a good country tune, very clever & sweet. Then we switch gears w/ leaving los angeles a fantastic bluesy track w/ superb guitar riffs. Warning: after listening to this song you may be in the mood for a little goat cheese... : P Last but not least looking for you (actually the first cut on the album) is yet another tune that's real easy on the ears. I love the percussion in this one. I just have a little advice for the guy in the song - I think you better stop looking, last I heard she moved to Montana.... And my advice to you is, don't waste anymore time thinking it over, buy this CD now!! You won't be sorry. : )
