Grown Up Jesus

by Tony Watson

The song Grown Up Jesus came from a sermon I heard. While I was listing to the sermon, all I could hear during the sermon was this song. I have had tremendous feed back from around the world. One gentleman in the Netherlands, was trying to decide if he should start a church, and in his letter to me he said; When I heard the song Grown Up Jesus, it spoke to him to start the church. For this simple man, and songwriter it was the same as if I had sold a million copies. I have had many great letters from that point, from all over the globe, that this song changes the way a person was thinking for the moment. If we listen to our Still Small Voice, he will speak to us all the time. He wants all of us to be a Grown Up Jesus. I hope you enjoy this song, as much as I have, putting it out there for a special message. Tony Watson

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Tony's musical influences come from the likes of James Taylor, John Denver, and John Pryne not to forget Michael W. Smith, and Tommy Walker, and the many others. His talents and roots are diverse, from the symphony orchestra as a timpanist to playing drums for his church Worship Team. Tony claims that some of the best influences came from the symphony, it teaches structure in the beat and sound, most important to the heart of a good song.
