Penelope Torribio is a prolific children's songwriter and a children's entertainer.
She recently wrote the song, "Don't Eat the Birthday Boy(Girl) and decided that it would be a great idea to combine her new songs with her other dinosaur songs and put the CD in a card. Then you can give the card that keeps on giving.
To be fair this album has both "Don't Eat the Birthday Boy" and "Don't Eat the Birthday Girl."
