Comprised of their two out of print and much sought after releases ‘The Pint of No Return’ and ‘We’ll Never Be Sober Again’plus 3 extra tracks. Re-released by the Tossers on their own Paddy On the Spot Records.

Using traditional instrumentation comprised of mandolin, fiddle, tin whistle, and banjo beefed up with guitar and drums. The Tossers play with a furious edge that teeters between rage and raucousness. Raised on the South Side of Chicago, Anthony and Aaron Duggins formed The Tossers in the early 90’s with their own brew of Celtic music fueled
by a love of traditional folk songs and punk rock fury. They named themselves from a pejorative term that some trace back to Shakespeare. Think the Clash meets the

Though it their early work, where you get the impression that they still trying to feel for the sound they have now obtained in their later albums, this CD is still well worth a listen!

Not bad

I first heard there "Beyond the Valley of Death", which is WAY better than this, but the stuff on this CD is also from many years earlier. The material on this CD is a little less original and less intense, but it's still pretty fun.  The instrumentation on this CD is really stripped down - mandolin, guitar, bass, and not much else.
