Album Notes

This music possess a black hole effect. It pulls you in the more you listen to it.

Touraine’s musical journey began at the age of 14. His fascination with music prompted his parents to purchase his first instrument, a bass guitar. His musical background comes from the gospel environment of his youth in Cleveland, Ohio.

He later acquired an interest in writing music, growing up listening to such singer/songwriters as Lionel Ritchie, Stevie Wonder, James Taylor, and Sting. Touraine began to write his own songs. He later realized the need to learn the dynamics of his craft, so he entered college to study music.

Touraine developed his musicianship and vocal techniques performing in bands and jazz ensembles around the city of Cleveland. Touraine later compiled a catalog of songs he felted ready to demo, but needed an outlet for exposure. He moved to Nashville to gain success in songwriting.

Touraine's entertainment career started when he began writing and producing his original material while continuously developing as a vocalist/musician with local bands in Nashville. It’s Touraine’s desire to write music with and for other artist as well as becoming a successful solo artist. He would like to add movie soundtracks to his credits as well. He's currently penning songs like "You Move Me".

You'll be entertained as you listen to TOURAINE's presentation of foot tapping mellow driving grooves, ultimately gathering your own opinion of musical ingenuity
