Out of New Zealand comes an album with a collection of witty intelligent lyrics within some wonderfully upbeat , blues influenced (with a touch of country) music.
Tracie has collaborated with well-known New Zealand band Kokomo, known for their combination of original and traditional blues music , singing 9 of the 12 songs on this one off album.
the other 3 tracks are sung by Kokomo guitarist, and songwriter, Derek Jacombs, who is known to melt the hearts of even hardened female tax auditors . Stunning harmonica solos throughout by Grant Bullot, and a very infectious walking bass by brother Roger Bullot.
A high quality recording featuring some of New Zealand's top musicians
reviewers have said:
"A little gem of an album." Northern Advocate
"A musical marriage made in heaven" Real Groove
