DUO HARMONY winners - Western Music Association - Nov. 2005
National touring, an Emmy for arranging, too many performances to count, and hundreds of enthusiastic current and prior students are all part of Walt Richards' musical history.
Paula Strong, an avid collector of western, train and folk songs, is also a western history fan.
Walt and Paula have been performing together in the southwest for twenty-plus years, specializing in cowboy and train songs in addition to folk, blues, and swing tunes and Walt's solo instrumental work.
Trails & Rails, won the DUO HARMONY competition at the annual Western Music Association Festival in Albuquerque in Nov. 2005.

We really enjoyed the great music on this CD

We felt the music on this CD was very unique and offered a wide range of excellent music. The voices provide great harmony. We are enjoying the CD very much and plan to give one to family for Christmas.
