Album Notes

What began as a series of open-ended sessions between two aspiring film composers, swiftly evolved into a full-scale collaboration, resulting in the group 'transit' and the album 'lost angles'. Francis, Bafta nominated composer of electronica and strange sounds, met Marnie, a classically trained harpist/singer/songwriter (check out her debut CD 'Sunday Skies'), at UCLA. a beautiful and strikingly original album
author: David
This is an outstanding cd! Some of the most inventive electronica I have heard in many years. In a genre whose practitioners are often formula-based imitators or worse, Transit have written and recorded a beautiful and strikingly original album. If you are a fan of Portishead and/or Massive Attack, then you will really love Transit.

excellent; a sustained dreamlike atmosphere
author: tg, Boston MA
A real achievement, with musical subtlety, muscle, creativity and a sustained dreamlike atmosphere. Marnie Boyd has a beautiful voice, and both musicians know how to create moody and moving settings for it. One of the best CDs I've heard in a long time. Nice photography too.
