Next we would like to introduce the band TREINHAUS with their album “Alarmstufe Rot“ to you. DJ Twilight promotes the four guys from Hannover, Germany, since 2006. She also introduced once their second album “Feindbild“ here at Big Chaos Radio. Since then she has a good rapport with the band and20she recently got their third and most mature opus “Alarmstufe Rot“ from the guys for promotional puposes for bcr.
The band around vocalist Curt Doernberg hugely increased their performance on this cd. TREIBHAUS got harder, their sound is really fat. Hard guitar riffs come here upon Tekkno-like keyboard sounds which mutual stimulate and expedite. After this first impression it already becomes clear that Curt Doernberg, the head, songwriter and front man of TREIBHAUS succed in a distinct progression in songwriting. The music sounds very mature and is drawn attention to in an itelligent way.
This variety and catchiness is transferred over the whole length of the 13 songs with a total running time of 43 minutes. They are all converted energetic and melodious. The lyrics are sometimes sung provocative and very emotional, but precisely accurate with the music. Curt varies this time more often. He speaks, whispers or contorts his voice electronically, but always adequate to the song process like for example at the title track.
The lyrics are realistic as well as sensible and romantic / poetic at that. There is nothing to nag in the production.
Besides the title track which you can also find as a bonus track in a club edit version on the cd and which will bring every dancing temple to the boil the Electronic Metal version of the children's song “Pippi Langstrumpf“ is a special surprise. The eleventh song is beautiful and sparkles of romanticism, too. Every woman would indeed be moved to tears when getting such a declaration of love. I think it is ingenious when a man is able to express his feelings in that way Curt Doernberg and Martin Blankenburg do.
The latest TREIBHAUS album is done very well and makes plain fun. The one who is really into Electro Metal should not hesitate and should grab the cd immediately.
