Emerald City Wave Sounds

Emerald City Wave Sounds is comprised of energy facilitators Colleen Linseman and Trent Hutton. The duo formed late 2006 in an interest to create a 60min CD that could accompany healing sessions. Trent Hutton is a certified Blue Matrix Energetics Practitioner. His practice also includes Sonic Bowl Therapy using Singing Crystal Bowls. Colleen Linseman is an intuitive certified practitioner in Reiki, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy and Deep Tissue Massage.

Combining previous musical experience with their current healing practice, Hutton and Linseman commune the vibrant energy that is so unique to British Columbia’s west coast. ‘Currents of the Crystal Bowl’ is a sonic energy tour where the listener is guided though a glimmering landscape of pure frequencies.

****ABOUT CRYSTAL BOWLS****


Crystal Bowls are the evolution of Tibetan singing bowls. Traditionally used by monks, metal Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries during meditation and ritual. Crystal Bowls have the same purpose with an amazing advancement on the accuracy of tuning and resonance. Each bowl is made of 99.9% cast quartz crystal and every bowl is specifically tuned to a dedicated energy center. There are 7 major energy centers in the body, also known as chakras from Sanskrit, meaning wheel. These chakra wheels are spinning spheres of light that are located through the core of the body from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has a specific color and a corresponding note. The connection between the colors and notes is energy. Sound and light are merely carriers or communicators of energy. Their message is sent on waveforms that inhabit every dimension of existence.


Crystal bowls are an excellent aid when balancing and healing the energy centers. The pure frequency produced by the bowls has a direct, immediate and permanent effect on our being. They commune an elemental, universal truth in ways that language simply cannot deliver. This conversation happens in an ocean of sound and light swirling and flowing through all dimensions of your being. It is the song of energy and the sound of one consciousness. It is truly an astounding benefit to our wellness and evolution of perspective.
