Album Notes

Trick Deck incorporates instruments, electronix, computers and voices to move the listener in a multi-directional and funky direction.
Mission: Shuffling the perceptions and distorting the limits of modern music through live performance and distribution of recorded material. From within the digilog rhythm of the world's e-data, Trick Deck has developed a system that represents the nature of the flow. With the expert manipulation of "the Deck" the band is able to reproduce the essence of digilog rhythm.

Trick Deck released its self-titled debut CD via infrasonic productions in 2001. The disk features the talents of Mark Wand and various collaborators and a variety of digilog sonic treats. Special guests include members of Hi-Fi killers, Bola Bimbola(an incredible african singer who has sung w/King Sunny Ade)Christa Wells, drummers steve cavit, ollie klompf, and others. The making of the cd has been in conjunction with many live performances in the NW area. Info on future dates and upcoming releases can be found at our website. (www.trickdeck.com)
