ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
In 1997, a young and hungry Pukepcia "Trixx" Green looked for a way out of his hardships. Surviving the tragic death of his mother and best friend, Trixx always was an entertainer, and wanted another chance to make a difference. Greentown originally started in Spring of 2001 and was looking for their next star and they saw every thing they needed in Trixx. Trixx is known in the south as one of the prolific rappers in Texas and the south was considered a ready made product. His songs took little time to create and master and since Trixx was already widely known to the show circuit, booking him would be no problem.

Greentown established a fan base for Trixx months before the debut of his at the time unfinished "EP" by having him open up for entertainment legends performing in venues across Dallas, Houston, Nebraska and Florida. During the trips Trixx has had the pleasure to meet and perform along side of hip hop icons like Scarface, Mystikal and others. As his release date neared Trixx continued to manage his life as an office working brother, role model, father and entertainer. Trixx worked harder then ever because he felt like he had so much to lose. Now more seasoned, Trixx worked on relationships that would propel him to the next level. Mr. Green has been quoted saying "If it's good music and there's a market for it, then he wants it, It doesn't matter if it's Rap, Rock, R&B, Jazz, Blues, or Latino music".

Trixx became one of the highest ranked stars of Greentown Records as he was set to release his debut EP titled "Livin Iz Hell". The public reacted quickly and swiftly as his singles sold over 2,000 copies in the first six months, a great feat for an independent artist. With his numbers growing Trixx began to respond to several radio interviews and commentary about his past. By the end of 2003, Trixx had sold more then 5,000 copies of "Livin Iz Hell" and the numbers were still rising. Trixx became a local celebrity and was invited to all of the celebrity concerts and events Texas had to offer.

The New Year brought Trixx even more success as he moved even more units of his EP, and in August of 2004 Trixx teamed with Triple F Unlimited, a New York City based Entertainment Company known for its success in creating a buzz and getting artist great recognition. With the help of TFU, Trixx has begun to capture the north a place many have said is the hardest place to capture and also began to move units overseas as a result of his hard work. Trixx knows the ups and downs of life, he acknowledges that "Livin Iz Hell" but has dedicated his life to telling the world a story of success that can only mean life is worth living.

This cd is reality, real life music!
This cd really touched me because it talks about so much that I see and have seen in my life. I'm older and this music is not what my generation would have listened to, but the music has deep meanings and is teaching a message without sounding too preachy. This artist is sure to be listed among the great rappers if he keeps up the good work.

Real and True/ Love It!!!
The music on this CD is both real and true. It conveys real life as much as one can put it into words. Keep up the great work! I believe you will go all the way, and I'll probably be one of your number one fans! This is not even my type of music, but I can relate to your music and it becomes almost natural for me to feel the reality of it all! From the heart. KLH
