musical world of Danish singer, guitar player and composer Troels Skovgaard.

Almario, Jimmy Haslip, Kenwood Dennard, Bob Bailey, Ze Grey and a string of

Great soulful playing and arrangements!!

Troels is playing his butt off on these CDs!  His guitar work is very soulful, bluesy, and unpretentious.  Sweet!  I've enjoyed his work with Fabrizio Mandolini and the Engqvist Orkester over the years.  The arrangements on these CDs are first class.  This is a brilliant collection.  "God Bless The Child" is awesome!  I also especially dig "Coffee With Salt."
