Album Notes

This special choir became a reality while planning a tour for Italy during the Christmas Season of 2005. The Jamalar Agency put the Spirit of New Orleans Choir together using the artists from their roster of gospel groups from New Orleans booked Christmas Tours. The purpose of the Spirit of New Orleans Choir was to raise money after the hurricane Katrina demolished the great City of New Orleans. This group has been so successful that the Jamalar Agency continues to book it to this day as it has become very popular to our audiences in the US and abroad. The most recent Spirit Of New Orleans Tour took place in France during October 2009 and in Sardinia over the 2009 holiday season.
