Tsuumi Sound System is an energetic eight-piece ensemble, which fuses the
nuances of various forms world music with Finnish tradition. The players
all share a full-bodied array of influences, and together, the octet is a
unique blend of genuine artistic creation and innovative instrumentation.
Diversity is essential to Tsuumi Sound System, along with well-crafted
compositions and intensive live performances.
Hotas is the fifth Tsuumi Sound System release to date. With the help of
producer Roger Tallroth (Väsen), the ensemble has finally captured the
