Saw the Texas Chainsaw Horns on August 7th at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore.. I have to say WOW! Very tight band.  I enjoyed every minute of it.  Couldn't get a CD that night so, I came to CD Baby to get it... Can't wait to cruise around town listening.

First time I've ever bought a CD from this site AND this group - I know the bass player - my fav was "Get There" - loved the brass hits, the smooth walking bass lines, the guitar sounded similar on most songs - tone wise. 

Probably will never forget the lyric of "I thought I had 9 lives, but that's before I had 8 wives" on the title cut.

I've seen them live on several occasions and the CD almost matches up to their in-the-flesh 5 star performance. More musical versatility than any group should be allowed to possess and the "big band" sound rocks. The cow suit guy - a Newfie,eh?

Absolutely a MUST HAVE! If you want to hear REAL music that touches every part of you...buy the CD! Don't wait...do it now! I can't say what song is my favorite...love them all! Get There holds a special place in my heart but I'm so glad to see Cheap Talk and It's In The Walk were brought back! Vocals, Horns, Lyrics...Wonderful! Thanks for the music!
