Album Notes

Gaining momentum from radio play throughout Ohio, including Galion's Clear Channel 102.3 'The Fox' and Columbus 99.7 'The Blitz', along with a multitude of high energy live performances, Tuesday Conspiracy, the hard rocking, hard working band from Ohio is proud to introduce their second record, 'Running from Ghosts'. Together since 1999, Steve, Mary, Brock and Jim were prompted by Rock Garden Records to record in Los Angeles at the infamous Love Juice Labs. 'Running from Ghosts' is full of raging guitars, explosive drums, and blazing female vocals, with songs that rouse an honest emotion from rock fans as far away as Germany. "When it comes down to it, Tuesday Conspiracy comes across with a raw power that's hard to shake.", Ryan Horns, Columbus Alive.

Tuesday Conspiracy is one of the most solid hard rock bands I've heard in a whil
author: Matt From The Music Appraisal
Tuesday Conspiracy is one of the most solid rock/hard rock bands I've heard in a while. I am immediately drawn to the female vocals, as this is rather uncommon in rock bands today. I am noticing a growing trend with female fronted rock bands and think its absolutely an awesome direction in which the music industry should be heading. The album kicks off in full force with 'Recipe for Misery'. This is by far my favourite track on the album. It has all the essential elements to be a smash hit. Hard driving guitars, powerful and meaningful lyrics, varrying tempo and an in-your-face chorus that sends chills down my spine. I think what makes the vocals so appealing is the pitch & volume in which they are delivered. It's not a high pitch whiny voice, and its not a deep manly voice. It stays within mid-range and varies where required. Another track that grabs my attention is 'Venom' This is a hard hitting, emotional and powerful song. I suppose a compairson to Bif Naked could be made of Tuesday Conspiracy. The same sort of style of music but TC defintely has a harder edge to them. Another thing I enjoyed about the album were the lyrics and the songwriting. Songs like Recipe for Misery, Think for Yourself, Sorry Daddy and Millionaire have powerful messages, that are conveyed through the music. I was throughly impressed with this album from start to finish. TC defintely deserves some support and I'd expect them to be big in the years to come. Big thanks goes out to Mary from Rock Garden Records.
