This band is awesome!

My kids and I love this CD. We listen to it in the car whenever we take long trips. If what I have read is true, shame on you Rainy Day Records! This band was the last of the "original" bands left. I remember talking to the lead singer and he always refused to play the more popular 'Top 40' songs. And I don't blame them one bit. To the band, I hope that you make a huge comeback and I will always be a fan, no matter what name you go by. Love ya guys.

I love the cd,but the above biography only talks about

Who cares if the piano player played with Dwight Yoakum.I heard the band never got paid for their song being in that
movie mentioned above.

turn off the Country stations and turn on that CD
author: D Johnson
You may just as well turn off the country stations and turn on that CD player in your car, because we both know you are NOT going to hear the country music you grew up with on those stations anymore. No sir, the glitz replaced the internal songs that come from feeling it(along with the pressure for the performers to produce).
But Now there is one of those country albums you can take to that desserted island -everyone talks about- as one of your treasured possesions you can't live without.
The album Tennessee Rain by Billy Tulsa and the Psycho Crawdads is this CD. Listen once and the flash of what should be on the radio will take you to the place you spin the dial hoping to find. You will not regret the investment of your time to check them out.(even better playn' live!)
