Turnstone is an acoustic pop/folk quartet, sometimes a quintet.
All the songs on Triangles and Squares were recorded live over two evenings in mid November 2002 at Bryn Derwen in Bethesda. Produced by Alan Holmes of Ectogram and engineered by composer/ songwriter David Wrench, the sessions took on a life of their own. Originally conceived as a snapshot of the group with new friend Benno on cello prior to his return, to Germany, the event became more ambitious by the hour, and after three evenings minimal overdubbing and mixing, TRIANGLES & SQUARES had taken shape,
