(the universal;subjective) is a trans genre multi-instrumentalist, singer songwriter, producer. as a performer he has worked with such diverse acts as voodoo glow skulls, D.I. and whitecaps, to zion i, the visionaries
and the legendary krs-one. (the universal;subjective)'s
new album is a collection of songs created over the last fourteen years. it spans from the uptempo freejazz punk of
"sum total of choas" to the apocalyptic blues of "hypnotized" all the way to the acoustic hip-pop of "rain" to the garage disco club banger "a lament for my
dying keyboard". (AVALIABLE NOW). the universal subjective is now in the studio working simutaneously on his next three albums, due to be out this spring. the first titled "fodder for the sun" is a rock album taking the dylan-esque song writing of the seventies and blending it with the dynamics of nirvana and the pixies, stirring in psycidellia analouge and folk. the second is the electronica album entitlted "renditions of the mindscape in zero's and one's". it is tragicly melodic songwritting textured in the blurps and bleeps of the future, and pulsating with tent riot drums. the third is a hip hop record entitled "the manifesto". it is a spiritual political compund sylable M.C. ladden underground mixtape stlye head nodder, with song writer choruses. all are deep into production and sure to drop before spring.
