I have always listened for the experience. Good songs give you memorable experiences. I've explored this belief of experiential music in 2 recordings within this series called "Eledumare" (which basically means GOD)- Vol. 2 and Vol. 3. They are both available on CDBaby. I also work with individual artists to provide similar experiences for people and one of such is this 2001-2003 latest collaboration "Expression" with a lovely, unique vocalist "Tutu Babalola". This expressions recording is slightly different from the Eledumare series in that it explores the sounds of a single vocalist compared with the various vocalists featured on Eledumare. I have also emphasized more on original music on Expressions. This will be a series with various individual vocalists so expect other "Expressions..." Tutu Babalola, the vocalist on "Expressions... of Faith" is a Medical Doctor by profession and a passionate believer which comes through when she sings.

I love it. My absolute favourite song on this CD is 'Alade Ogo'. Wonderfully arranged and rendered. 'Abba Father' and almost all songs on this CD touch the soul. Glad I purchased it. Unfortunenately listening to the samples online alone may not encourage listeners to buy. It took me 2 months of listening to make the decision to buy the CD! I bought it because of 'Alade Ogo' and was pleasantly surprised by the songs on the CD as a whole. You need to listen to the songs on this CD in entirety to develope an appreciation. Much love.
