Standing 6'4", weighing in at 350 pounds and wearing size 18 shoes, TWANK has been dubbed the new upcoming king of rap.
This ingenious, innovative young rap star from Houston, Texas began his career at the early age of thirteen where he titled himself the "Big Twankie".
In the beginning, TWANK had his heart set on earning an athletic scholarship in football so he could attend college. TWANK had big dreams, wanting to pursue a career in the NFL.
However, due to the football politics practiced, TWANK quit football and poured his energy, his strength, and his power into his lyrics and music.
In the spring of 2003, TWANK's hard work paid off. His first breakthrough into the Hip-Hop music scene came when he engaged head on in a free style contest held during the "Kappa Beach Party" in Galveston, Texas.

When several record label executives heard his impressive word play, they gave TWANK their business cards and asked TWANK to have his manager contact them as soon as possible.

After several meetings with the record label executives, "Big Twankie" emerged as "TWANK". TWANK was immediately signed to "Music District" record label.

TWANK aka TWANKSTA, has performed at "The Chocolate Factory", "The Tunnel", "Club Kartel", "Club Riddims", "The Orbitron" in Hoston. TWANK has shared the stage with Juvenile and Kioti and will sharing the stage with many more big hitters like himself.

Although his outer appearance is passive, you can bet TWANK sets the stage on fire with style and energy. TWANK's music genre is so diverse it is sure to satisfy any crowd. No matter how anyone classifies this new artist, everyone can agree,
