Album Notes

The Women's Lunch Place is a daytime shelter in downtown Boston where women of little or no means and their children, find support, friendship, a nutritious home cooked meal and a safe haven from the elements or from harassment on the streets in downtown Boston. It provides women who have suffered unbearable losses of family, friends and home a harbor where they can regain a sense of dignity and self-esteem.

Each artist has donated a song to "Hope: Volume One" so that all of the proceeds from sales of the cd will directly benefit the Women's Lunch Place.

I've only owned this cd briefly so I don't have a ton to say, but I will say, I have already fallen in love with it. The music is amazing and the artists are also amazing for donating their songs to such a wonderful cause of as the women's shelter of Boston. I truly recommend it, what could be better then getting good music and helping others in need at the same time.
