Tongue Drum
“Tongue Drum” is the first of its kind to my knowledge being that it’s a total solo wooden Tongue Drum CD. It’s something I’ve been sitting on about a year now because I didn’t know what I was going to do with it. After receiving many favorable comments on my YouTube page (TDrumandbassmusic) I thought this would be a good time to let it go, along with my solo Akai CD "Night Skies". I’m incorporating both into the live shows I’m working on. The scales of the drums on this CD are A minor, C major and G major built by Steve Roberts of TongueDrum.com. The wooden Tongue Drum is a beautiful, amazingly warm, and harmonic instrument. I know my recording of it is not the best, I’m still working to improve this, but I hope after a few songs you will hear the potential of this exotic instrument. Hope you enjoy!
