Tys,(Co-CEO OF HY LYFE INC.)was born and raised in Memphis TN, one of Memphis roughest neighborhoods. He began his rap career in 1998, when him and his childhood friend (Sease)decided to form a record label HY LYFE INC. The label's first release was Tys: Lifestyles Vol. 1.With no radio play or promotion and managed to receive decent record sales.After the release of the album Tys decided to focus more on building the brand than being an artist. Over the years Tys still dropped hot verses on the label's projects & has went on to become a succesfull CEO.
