ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Un-Finished Business has incredible original songs that range from hard foot-stomping R & R to melodic ballads to danceable grooving thrills!
There’s a song for everyone!
“Un-Finished Business” actually began 6 years ago with the first struggling practice beats played out by a 15-year-old aspiring drummer.
“Stix Magee”, thought at the time he was going to be a lightning fast punk drummer. But fate held a different future for him. While developing punk speed, he was encouraged by others around him to also be a complete rhythm man, which he has wisely become. With the power to bust heads & break sticks at a regular pace, he can also play all the rhythms with incredible artistic ability and creativity. Always approaching his playing within his own sonic dimension, he is striving to blaze a path no other drummer has trod. A most fortunate find for “Un-Finished Business”(“UFB”).

“The Cooler”, who found his niche as a songwriter years ago, is said to be the imaginary vision behind “UFB”. His contribution is monumental. He writes all the lyrics and music for their songs, does the arranging, producing, plays all the guitar parts, sings lead vocal, and fronts “UFB” with a seasoned presence. An amalgamation of life, “Cooler” brings a lot to the table and henceforth delivers a lot in the mix; A most likely principal to hold sway over the proceedings of “UFB”.

“Scotty Rocker” fatefully came to “UFB” in response to a flier that he discovered in local music store advertising for a bassist. “Rocker’s” 17-year quest to find a suitable outlet for his awesome talent was ended the moment he saw the flier. No longer on the backside of the desert honing his bass-ing skills, the “Rocker” had found his promise land. Laying down a groove with incredible skill and finesse, “Rocker” goes beyond mere bass playing. He delivers a low-end dynamic percussive excursion you’ll swear is a 4 stringed Ferrari racing down the Autobahn at 200 mph. “Rocker’s” delivery is a sonic slap-in-the-face you won’t soon forget. Oh yea!!!! A perfect fit to the last puzzle piece of “UFB”.

On a mission to conquer the planet with their music, the trio of “Un-Finished Business” is ready to “rock your world”. So, come and get some, if your ears and eyes can take it. See and hear what it’s like to experience “Un-Finished Business” takin’ care of business.

This is one of the most creative, innovative, CD's I have heard.
This is one of the most creative, innovative, CD's I have heard since the beginning of Disco when it seems that most of the music was required to include something I call the "Suck Factor".

These guys and primarily the main song writer have tapped in to the inspirational ether that Jimi Hendrix, Eric Burden, and all the other great writers and performers from that era used, to make Rock & Roll the way we know it today. Real Rock & Roll. Not that freeze dried, homogenized, amalgamated crap that the music industry is try to pass off as rock these days.

If you want to see what Rock & Roll would have been had these great artists from the 60’s and 70’s had survived and continued writing, BUY THIS CD!!!!!
