Yes,yes, yes! This will get children on their feet and learning Spanish phrases to the rhythm of lively original and Latin American popular songs. The album notes include translations and directions, and the music is genuine, well produced and joyful. This is a must jave for any Spanish teacher or parent who wants to expose his or her child to a foreign language."

Excellent way to immerse children in Spanish

Canta Conmigo is an excellent way to get young children responding to Spanish. It's topics (numbers, animals, greetings, etc.) are exactly what interest young people. I like that the songs are all in Spanish, rather than in a bilingual mix. Even without the English, my students (all under the age of five) quickly learned to respond with an appropriate gesture to the music. They were singing the Spanish at the top of their voices by the second or third time they heard the songs. We have been listening to the CD for a couple months now and have not begun to get tired of it!
