All three volumes in the Canta Conmigo series have been voted "Outstanding" by the National Parent Council.
Juanita Ulloa is a Classically trained, brilliant performer and enthnomusicologist with musical degrees from Yale, UC Berkeley and the Nice Conservatory of Music in France. She has presented three recital tours in Europe with two concerts at the Ateneo Hall in Madrid, plus Mexico, Spain and the USA. Ms. Ulloa has appeared as a soloist with the Stockton and Sacramento Symphonies, and has sung principal mezzo-soprano roles with West Bay Opera, Pocket Opera, Berkeley Opera, and other regional Northern California companies. Ms. Ulloa enchants audiences with her masterful voice and unique popular repertoire from Latin America. She is currently devoted to arranging and singing symphonic arrangements of Mexican, Peruvian, and Spanish zarzuela popular classics.
