Album Notes

A supersonic collision of aggressive guitars, insightful lyrics, and rich pop melodies provides a solid foundation for Ultra Find's freshman effort, Seattle, New York, Los Angeles.

A driving, rock solid album capable of leaving emo fans smiling, punk rockers rocking, housewives blushing, and grown-ups feeling like teenagers again, Seattle, New York, Los Angeles is as pure and emotional as it gets.

With thick layers of sound fronted by Luther's trademark bright, in-your-face voice and a tender ear for sophisticated pop poignancy, Luther is able to combine the smarts of Doug Martsch with the sting of Johnny Rotten, all while crafting a tightly produced, hook-laden rock album appealing to indie, punk, and pop fans alike.

To put it another way, Ultra Find's Seattle, New York, Los Angeles takes you to a time when very little mattered but raw emotion which we gladly chased around sunflower fields with butterfly nets.

"Ultra Find blends rich and melodic guitar lines, California pop/punk hits and hooks, and contemporary lyrics to form an exciting and explosive brand of rock that kills any idea that original song writing is dead." - Gary Reynolds, Rock, Paper, Scissors

Here is an album that always sits next to you in the passenger seat of your car. It's cover distorted from spilled coffee and weather, it has as much character as the songs themselves. This is the record that gets you ready for everyday. A collection that will always remain a reflection of now, this is the genius of Seattle, Washington's Ultra Find.

As soon as I put this cd in my discman, I loved it. The first song on there, Southern Comfort, is a great opener. I love every song on the cd, especiallly 2nd place. I listen to this cd every day on my way to work and the band is awesome.
