This is an album that mixes the hard driving rythmns of bluesy rock and the tender underside of folk/rock ballads, and all performed with an original sound. The vocal driven songs are diverse in tempo, beat and subject matter.

All of these songs have a sense of premonition that speak from our own experiences. It isn't any intention of ours for them to have the same meaning to you. You will have to deal with your own premonitions. All the Clark Kent's and Lois Lanes out there know what we are talking about. Enter the telephone booth and come out swinging, because that is what the world we live in does to us all.
So it is no wonder that the foreboding mood in Blackwater, the first song, is more than a clap of thunder in the wake of a hurricane. It begins the journey into the heart of anticipation. Each song provides another glimpse. Bits of humor break the mood as respites but the songs continue to tell stories: looking for love, love gone wrong, love misunderstood, and love that never dies. Twelve easy pieces of our lives some whole, some cracked, and some broken. A window to look out at the world which is piled high with everyone else's broken pieces and these songs on this album are but a pittance of the whole. You don't have to be Superman to figure that out.
