When Uncle Widget heard about the RPM Challenge (rpmchallenge.com), he signed up without a second thought. In the 28 days he spent writing and recording the album, the evolution of the plan left even Uncle Widget surprised. The project started as an all acoustic album about the joys, struggles, and activities of the pre-schooler. Eventually, Uncle Widget started pulling in one-off loops, synthesizers, and electric guitars. ABC-Sides is the result.
From lullabies to pre-school and coming soon to a first grade classroom near you, Uncle Widget destroys the sing-song limits of the Children's Music genre and writes as much for the parents as he does for the children. Enjoy.
