This All-Star Funk / R&B band was formed as an extension of the United We Funk CD that was released in 2000. UWF Live features, Charlie Wilson of the Gap Band, The Dazz Band, SOS Band, Confunkshun, The SOS Band and The Barkays. This unit only performed a few selective dates so this CD set is a classic and more then likely will never happen again.
The music is electrifying, you completely lose control as though you are there with the crowd groovin' to the beat. These "Old School" jams are still as "HOT" as ever and they really take me back to the day when the Music was really good and it said something meaningful. I Love this CD & I hope they do it again, real soon.
