Bio- Universal Soldiers

Members of the group consists of Felix Singleton known as (Phil Gates) lead vocals, Joseph Hanes (JHanes) vocals and keyboard, Omar Harper (The Architect), and Jerry Singleton(JRoc) on background vocals. During high school they pulled together their talent to form a unique sound. They are from New Bern, North Carolina a city that will find a place in the music world.

Bringing a distinctive sound of Motown and blending a soulful flavor of today's rap. This group is universal in forming their own sound that can be heard from the old and new school. Our music is represented as a very presice sound in the music world.

The opening single "Be about It" has Felix (Phil Gates) singing a sound the we all can relate. It tells the story of a relationship between two parties who put each other thru drama. The bottom line is Don't talk about it.. Be About It.

The second single has Omar (The Architect), Joe (J Hanes), and Felix (Phil Gates) singing "You Told Me'. This is one song that hits home for everyone. The song discusses the true meaning of a relationship. TRUST. The man is telling his woman to trust and believe in him. But, she decides that she can't wait on his fame. But all along he telling her to trust him and he will provide for the both of them. But she decides to leave.
