The band started in late 1995 when main songwriter/guitarist Mark Winters, met dazzling guitarist Warwick Gastinger. They added a bassist and drummer and got together a short batch of rock orientated originals and covers ( a Ramones take on Men At Work\'s \"Down Under\" anyone?). Bassists changed with regularity and drummers came and went. By 1997 minus both of them, the \"band\" took a break. Mark and Warwick were later joined by the sparkling an unsusual sounds of Paul Miller and his custom Viola and effects board (Millertronics), they jammed together and were heard by next door neighbour Steve Elliott (who\'d roadied for Ac/Dc,Madonna and The Pogues amongst others), who had a bass and a studio. By 2000 with the addition of backing singer/percussion player Dawn O\'Brien they were ready to gig again whith a whole bunch of new songs. Using a pick up drummer from bands they were friendly with, their live gigs developed and they started to record. By 2003 O\'Brien had left to be replaced by the splendid folky harmonies of Ella Wright, who also played accordian. The results of the recordings were released in 2005 and gained a 4 out of 5 review on one website. Whilst a BBC RADIO 2 producer said they had \"potential\".
Two songs appeared in an independant film in the UK.
By 2007 Ian Rushbury (ex-Little Red Schoolhouse,Druidspear) joined as drummer and backing vocalist and they started to record the follow up \"WHAT\'S NEXT DAD\". With the help of Alison Bann (backing vocals, cello, percusion)joining the band for live dates and recording, the band channeled their skills into a more focussed pop rock sound. Tracks from the album have been played on the BBC and it has been warmly recieved.
