Musical heritage has brought together this Alberta based recording artists, who have returned to their grass roots.
Their original music follows their hearts and tells stories from the past to the present.
From the salt of the earth lyrics to blue-collar stories you will find a mixture of songs and melodies from Hillbilly,Traditional Country, Bluegrass, Folk, Pop, to Country Gospel. Their live performances range from simple country-dances to main stage showcases,nothing to big or to small, just good entertainment in its truest form.
The band enjoys playing and touring in many of the premier Canadian Music Festivals and Showcase theatre events such as: Big Valley Craven Saskatchewan, Black Diamond Fringe Fest, Klondike Jamboree (Dawson City Yukon), Alberta & British Columbia Cattlemen’s Associations, The Netherlands (Holland), South Country Fair (Fort MacLeod),Cowboy Poetry (Pincher Creek), Royal Canadian Legions, Wedding Dances to Arts Touring Alliance of Alberta Showcases just to name a few.
Vannatta is no stranger to the country music scene, taking his original group called Straight Clean & Simple to back to back Canadian Juno award nominations for Best Country group in 1991/92 and 1992/93. Seven albums, over 20 singles, world wide recognition, with chart action from: Canada, The United States, to all of Europe.
