Song like "Down Memory Lane", "Johnny Play it Again", Put Gas in My Diesel" all have charted in the top ten across European Counties. There are more great songs on this Cd "I want to be a Gringo", "Cowboy Sings the Blues", Purty Purty Women" and the Title track "Redneck Thoroughbred", that are bound to attract Radio Play. The Canadian country group, Vannatta are well known for their original cowboy, country, hillbilly, and bluegrass music. Band leader Larry Vannatta, a gifted singer song writer, and a two time Canadian Juno award nominee for Canadian Country group of the year started the band in 2003. A four piece accomplished act, inspired by their rural farming and ranching back grounds, Vannatta has played it all from back porch steps, barns, dance halls, main stages, to three level balcony theaters. They have shared stages with many of the best, such as Waylon Jennings, Ian Tyson, Jason McCoy, Prairie Oyster, and Marty Stuart, to name a few.
