Welcome to Vasoline Tuner,an eclectic,tongue in cheek cynical progressive pop band from a planet adjacent to the one we are on.The planet with meat and bubbles growing on every field,on every street and where imagination is king.

Lead singer/songwriter Billy Tsounis started life in Athens,Greece,the original home of gods,showbiz,orgies,entertainment and education.He currently resides in a Hollywood mansion with his movie star looking wife enjoying the sunshine and the darkness.

It is through this international fast-food osmosis that these irreverant impulses come to their most creative fruition to challenge all the taboos of our modern day culture.
Vasoline tuner has three prior releases,"Beyond Repair", Solid Gold Shopping Cart" and "Sensitive Artist Beach Ball" This latest and greatest Vasoline Tuner work,"Rock out with your cock out" was recorded during the past year at Billy's Disgraceland Studios in the Hollywood hills with the assistance of Steve Carrillo on bass,Alan Paz on Keys/programming, and your truly on guitars/voc/keys /programming.

Inspired as always by the happy little stoned ghost that roams around the mansion as well as inspiration from other sources and artists such as Frank Zappa,Butthole Surfers,WASP,Capt.Beefheart,Ween,Sonic Youth,Goldigger ho's,PIL,Devo,UFO's,Motley Crue,Beverly Hills plastic surgery disasters,AC/DC,Gwar,Rap video big butts,Sesame street,wiggers,wannabe's,hasbeens,Devine,Kool Keith and all of you, the cd was crafted as music for 2005 and beyond.

We need to have a different way at looking at things in a different sense of reality and you will find new reality contained within this music.It is your decision as to what that reality is.
