VAST DAYS creates mystical, sensual and powerful songs that introduce you to new unseen worlds beyond the everyday reality.
VAST DAYS is a musical project of Ali Kesanto, whose mesmerizing soundscapes had been heard in various places (incl. showrooms, commercial videos and video game soundtracks) before he founded VAST DAYS in 2007. His vision is to create multi-layered albums with songs that have a unifying theme and a powerful emotional and metaphysical tone.
VAST DAYS features vocals from the following artists:
Yoko K. appears with VAST DAYS using her soothing and sensual voice to take a soft hold of the listener while transcending the Earthly atmospheres to a new higher level. Yoko lives in Washington D.C. where she also creates her own trademark organic electro/ambient tunes. She is also often busy touring with Rob Garza’s (from Thievery Corporation) solo project Dust Galaxy playing the keyboards.
Kathleen Procter-Moore is a talented and experienced mezzo-soprano whose powerful voice penetrates all levels of counsciouness like a beautiful storm, leaving you feeling fresh and alert for new experiences. Kathleen currently lives in Australia where she has been singing in various operas and musicals in Opera Australia. She also uses her captivating and empowering voice to record celtic healing music.

Sweet stuff, really sweet stuff! Simple, persistent, ethereal but grounded. A soft postlude for Metatonic.

Just listening to MITHRIDATISM and I think it's excellent. I have some cd's with similar flair in them but this music is apart from them in its unique way. Vast Days have captured something timeless with this musical collection. Thank you very very much :))Highly recommended!
