Album Notes

Vaya's new EP release " Be On Bee " interlaces a raw lyrical fabric with hard driving melodies that speak at full volume to a whole new generation of music fans.

The band entered the studio in the summer of 2004 to merge their special melodic styles from a varied background of musical taste.

Vaya will be the band to watch in the next couple of years, as their music is fortified with a sincere love of rock and is a tribute to the musical roots that bind Vaya together.

An awesome energy filled record. A head-long rush into younger days.

I have to agree with the CDBaby staff that whatever it is that makes a band special, these guys have it! Upside Down Chocolate Crosses is original in every way and is destined for the college radio charts. This CD goes to my "I found them first" pile! Rock on Vaya

Often, what distinguishes the bands who make it from the bands that don't is a mysterious quality that's hard to pin down, hard to put your finger on. Whatever that special something is, these guys definitely have it. As much as you may be able to compare them to their influences (Thursday, Saves the Day, Get Up Kids), there's clearly something that goes far beyond the foundations ringing in their ears. These guys are no repeat, remake, recreation of the heavy hitters before them. Injecting modern rock with the punch and grind of hearty emo, Vaya explodes with simply damn good rock.

Seriously compelling.

This collection of songs is seriously compelling. I got this after I got hooked on The Mars Volta. By far Vaya's best CD. Its music that pumps you up with so much energy that you're gonna rock out in your car and not care who sees you doing it. Don't be without music this good.

Vaya's CD

This CD is nothing short of amazing. I especially enjoy "Upside Down Chocolate Crosses" and "Sixth Day Mark." I do not know what "Mary" is talking about. I downloaded ATDI song and the bass lines aren't even similar. Does it matter that she compares the amount of tracks on Vaya and ATDI? Just another example of a lack of musical knowledge. Anyways... I can't wait for the full length!!! Keep me posted.
