Album Notes

All acoustic, non-commercial worship tunes with upright bass, accordians, and hand percussion...

The art and music that is on this project is a reflection of the artists and musicians of Vineyard Community Church in Marietta Georgia. Poured Out Like Wine and Watershed Red are two of the worship bands that lead worship at the church. The music was recorded live in 2 rooms with 16 microphones with all acoustic instruments capturing the expressions of each worshipper. In order to capture the simple unpolished expressions of each worshipper we intentionally went into the recording relativity unrehearsed with original songs played on acoustic instruments.

Solid CD all around; raw and honest

i was hoping the music was not going to be a cheesy copy of entertheworshipcircle stuff, and although the genre's match, this CD is unique in its content, approach, and lyric style. There is a raw quality to both the recording itself and the musicianship being recorded; definatley not an over-rehearsed, 'perfect in the studio' kind of feel. It is very encouraging, and remarkably thought provoking. rock on
