Album Notes

Guitarist/Songwriter Denny Venditto has been playing guitar and creating songs since the 1960s. His main styles of music are acoustic guitar fingerpicking, electric blues, folk, and mellow rock. As a member of the band 'Dedication' he played lead guitar and performed at coffeehouses in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota area. This band played blues, rock, folk, oldies, Christian, and original music the band members wrote. He also has been involved in his church as a guitarist for contemporary and traditional services. Musicians and bands that have influenced him the most were: The Ventures, Nokie Edwards, Eric Clapton, The Doobie Brothers, James Taylor, and Earl Hooker.

I found the cd upbeat and the variety of music Denny Venditto played kept my interest! I especially enjoyed his version of Wayfaring Stranger and the title track, There Goes the Moon. Each song evokes different emotions and I like that! Well worth it to buy, there is alot of versatility and creativity in this cd!
