Album Notes

Nichol Veneé Eskridge ia a spirit-filled gospel soloist who began singing at an early age at Calvary Temple, her father's church in Savannah, Georgia.

Nichol Veneé's early accomplishments include competing in the national televised Star Search competition, leading the songs "He Wash My Sin Away" on the Savannah State Wesleyan Choir's album by the Georgia Mass choir. She has toured many of the eastern states as well as the Bahamas and won First Place for talent in the Miss Savannah Pageant.

Nichol has performed at selected churches, colleges, conferences, malls and other special events including "Keepers of the Dream," "Black Nativity,""Soulful Sounds of Christmas," and the "Duke Ellington Sacred Music Concert" with the Seattle Jazz Repertory Jazz Orchestra.

She completed her first solo CD in 2001, entitled "Christmas With Veneé" which is easy listening and has contemporary gospel/jazz flavors through out. She also completed another Christmas CD project with "Black Nativity" in which she is featured as a lead vocalist on two of the songs.

Nichol Veneé has just completed a new release "Only By The Spirit" which is sure to touch the inner-soul.
