"Love's Emotions" is Vernon Love's first major CD comprised of 14 tracks of Contemporary R&B with a jazzy flavor.
A prolific songwriter, he composed and arranged all of the songs in this collection, and collaborated with some great musicians for the actual recording of this project.
His musical inspiration comes from recording artists such as Donnie Hathaway, Aretha Franklin, Roberta Flack, Stevie Wonder, Sarah Vaughan, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, The Clark Sisters, and Richard Smallwood.
He is an experienced background singer performing with former DC local artists "Julia Nixon and Company", and "Henry Davis and Company", and was a member of the Washington, DC R&B group "VICE". Currently, he is a background singer for "Richard Smallwood and VISION".
He states..."this project was born out of a myriad of emotions put to words and music with the intent to bring some joy."
He hopes that you like what you hear and will remember to "Tell Somebody."
