Album Notes

VESSEL is a rock band that trims the fat and cuts out the crap. They write songs and they play songs. That's half of it. The other half is balls out performance, a third of it is self-deprcating humor and another fifteen percent is a pure love of the sport.

There's blood sweat and tears because VESSEL actually cares about making your intestines crawl up into your chest, choking you hear with a newfound love of music.

There are 3 people in VESSEL. They play standard issue instruments because they have repect for the classics, just as they have respect for the audience and sometimes, just sometimes, they have repect for themselves.

VESSEL will allow the cool people to stay cool, if that's what they want. But VESSEL isn't concerned with social status. To them it's irrelevant because you will have no choice but to dispell any rumors about yourself once VESSEL gives you the confidence to do so.

How can VESSEL give you confidence?
They don't know. but much like a nuclear weapon, VESSEL seeks to destroy your mind and ravage your body so that a new, better you can emerge. But without a navigation system VESSEL seeks blindly. Won't you guide us to a destination?

Venues such as the beat kitchen and The Double Door have seen, and can attest to, the carnage caused and the grandeur revealed by the blanket of light, sound and freedom such a revolution can infuse in the public known as "the pubilc." And Hostage Radio, Chicago has confirmed such devestation by naming VESSEL in the top 20 up-and-coming Chicago acts. Also, Hollywoodmusic.tv has begged for their presence digital moving picture!

Help us corrupt the young and old, the wise and dim, the sleek and the sloppy, the garish and the verbose. Such a premis is not delivered subtly, but is clearly said.
"Why the her to dinner when she wants to be taken to bed?"
