This is a continuation of Volume 1 of this series.
Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Jimmie moved to the land of Sand and Palms and began writing and recording many of the songs that were inspired by bands he performed with and by many of the 1960s songs he heard on radio.

Do you really need a six-pack to enjoy this collection of Vestal Classics? No..but it just might loosen you up to relive the memories Jimmie brings alive in each of the songs. Having played on stage with Jimmie in the Sixties, I can hear the same spark of enthusiasm in the vocals and the instrumentation on this CD that he displayed whenever our band would back up legendary Sixties artists in concerts. This is why the VRS, Vestal Retro Sound, is so on target with the era's music signature identity. Before you hit the start button, put on a white tee shirt, roll up the sleeves and reach for your favorite container of suds and then...cruise the open roads of your imagination along with JV's original oldies as you turn the clock back to the days of good ole solid rock and roll!
